My key responsibility in this role is to manage the company’s process, oversee and manage the agency’s relationship with its various clients, and ensure we help our clients meet their desired business and campaign objectives. I also act as the primary business development personnel by contacting prospective clients and partners and ensuring the agency’s business goal is met.
My role also involves drawing up profiles, fact sheets and feedback statistics for media–based projects, developing brand strategy that effectively communicates brand values, brand standardisation and ensuring the standard look and feel through company livery.
