Mentoring Programme

We piloted the Comms Mentoring Programme (CMP) in August 2020 to bridge the mentoring gap between senior and younger professionals in the African communications industry.

For a period of eight weeks, Mentors (with at least eight years‘ professional experience) provide mentorship and guidance to a maximum of two mentees through a mix of one on one meetings, group workshops, personalised tasks and assignments.

So far, we have run eight batches of the CMP with over 400 young professionals mentored by 100+ senior communications professionals across Africa and beyond.
